Packaging, Shipping & Returns

All original shipped artwork comes well-protected in layers of bubble wrap, and packing paper. Larger items may be supported in their packaging with light-weight wood or cardboard for additional stabilization. Boxes may be re-purposed. For in-stock items, your order will be carefully processed and packed within 3-5 working days. For custom orders, shipping details are further addressed in the terms & conditions below and are also discussed when placing your order. Unfortunately, at this time Angie Bryant Art does not offer international shipping. Shipping Addresses It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure the address section is accurate when placing an order. If your shipping address is incorrect, Angie Bryant Art will not be responsible for undelivered packages. If your package is returned to Angie Bryant Art, you may be charged for it to be resent to you at the correct address. When using PayPal, be sure to confirm your shipping address on their checkout page as well. If, after placing your order, you realize you need to update the shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible in an effort to correct this before your package has shipped. Undelivered Orders If your order is returned to Angie Bryant Art because: a) You didn’t collect from your post office in time b) there was an error in the shipping address you provided You will be required to rearrange and may be charged for the package to be resent to you.

Returns All refunds/returns/exchanges for artwork and handmade items are decided on a case-by-case basis. I want you to love your new items and be happy with your purchase & will do whatever I can to help resolve any concerns you may have. Please email me with any questions and requests regarding this policy. Items are entitled to be considered for a refund or return based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is required before the item may be considered for a refund. The customer must take into acount the detailed product description before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description but the customer is unsatisfied, Angie Bryant Art is not obligated nor responsible to honor a refund.
